Power Drive Units

A portable machine allowing great versatility in food preparation, from mincing, grating, shredding, straining. The Mincer attachment has the option of up to five plate sizes, and a sausage filler tube. The Shredder and Grater attachment has four cutting plates for grating, shredding and fine slicing of vegetables, cheese and fruit. The strainer and puree attachment has a large capacity feed bowl to puree and strain fruit and soft vegetables. Compact design with polished and anodised aluminium body, simple locking system for attachments, one-piece die cast mincing head, stainless steel cutters, plates and strainer. All food contact areas are removable for thorough cleaning.
