Patty Press

Portable press with three patty size options, using a simple all in one lever operation the patties are pressed into a uniform size for pristine presentation, lifted up and out of the forming cup the head swings away for easy removal of the patty, the clever design includes a tray for holding cellophane dividers.
Can be used for producing burgers, fishcakes, potato cakes and pate. Ensures good portion control, ideal for batch production.
Cast aluminium polished and anodised body, food product contact areas all stainless steel, removable plate for cleaning, minimal maintenance, easy to use and store.
