Bread Buttering Machines

AVAMORE are synonymous with buttering bread, and our range of machines helps the busy caterer to keep pace with the growth in demand for sandwiches, saving time and money whilst taking the monotony out of sandwich production. A range of three machines satisfy the needs of any café, sandwich bar, take away specialist and centralised sandwich production units. Buns, baps and teacakes can also be buttered quickly. More hygienic than hand buttering, consistent high output achieved, simple, accurate control of the amount of spread, down to 3 or 4 grams on each slice, ensures costs are more easily controlled and profits maintained. The butter box and its components are made from corrosion resistant stainless steel and aluminium; they can be easily removed for rinsing and dismantled for thorough cleaning. The butter box lid is electrically interlocked to prevent the machine being used without the safety lid. A no-volt-release system is fitted for additional safety.
